A first question...

Hello,

I've only just signed up for the Warrior Forum. I've recently acquired a great interest in doing writing online. I've already started doing content writing (signed up for the Associated Content website) and have a fairly firm background in writing in general.

Is there anyone that may have some "tricks of the trade" they'd like to share? I imagine that the industry may be a little dependent on knowing these tricks and some may not want to share them... I'm only asking for some general advice on how to get started.

Thank you for whatever time you give to my cause. I wish you well.

I think Bev Clement is a huge ghostwriter for this forum. She knows a lot. Basically though you might want to do a couple PLR packages and sell them either in a WSO or through your own site in a sig. Write a bunch of articles and ebooks if you can for samples. Once you have done some work, use your sig to get some orders. Once you have so testimonials run some wso's to do articles. Start at low prices until you have a following then raise your price.

As for IM articles and getting people to buy, think of these things:
Write about the readers, people dont want to hear your story, they want to hear how it applies to them.
Reread everything you have written to check for mistakes and errors (something Im not doing for this post).
    Sound fun, but professional.
Get to the point, make it easy reading. Use lots of white space, a few lines of text at a time. Use bullets and numbers for tips and steps. These are easier for people to read.
Other than that just keep writing, the more you write, the faster you can do it, and the better you become.

    Good Luck.

    Tyler-

You want to write? I'd like to hire you.

How about that for your first job. I will help train you as a writer from the perspective of the client rather than just in general.

I pay well but this is definitely going to be an experience builder for you. You'll make money and I'll get great content. I will teach you to write content people like me want to buy (and will buy in droves if it provides the results we desire).

If you're interested, please PM (private message) or email bjs380 at gmail.com and we'll talk about pricing, content types, and I'll introduce you to some of the ways of freelancing.

    Cheers,

    Brad Spencer
