Looking for Video Opt-in Theme for Wordpress

Can anyone recommend a good Wordpress theme that has the embedded video and the opt-in form on the home page?

  • If it is you tube you could use Smart Youtube. I'm not sure
    of any that do both at once though. If you just want a good
    form get contact form 7 or mmforms

  • If you're willing to dish out a few bucks, Premise (GetPremise.com) works great for video opt-ins.
  • Have you looked at Optimize Press?
  • I'm very curious why you wouldn't just copy/paste a video and opt in form into the homepage yourself?
  • I would do it myself if I had to, but there are plug-ins that will do both, as well.
