Why do you make an article?

Hi fellow Warriors,

Just wanted to know why you make i.e the reason behind creating an article for sites such as ezinearticles or goarticles?

    There are a lot of reasons for article marketing although most boil down to getting more traffic to your site. One reason is to build trust and credibility. Here's an article I wrote about that:

    I agree with Jay about article marketing driving traffic and building trust and credibility. Article authors also make money by submitting articles to sites that pay for views. I also use ezinearticles to build ranking for my site.

    An article on EZA does three things.

    1. Puts a backlink to your site on a domain with high PR.

    2. Puts that link in front of a whopping quantity of traffic.

    3. Puts your article in front of people who need content and may republish it on another domain in front of more traffic.

    Sometimes, that's the only income stream some people receive from, article marketing. Not that it's the only way of course.

    There are 3 basic reasons people write articles.

    1. To drive traffic (sales) to a website.

    2. To build back links which are vital to your ranking on the searcg engines.

    3. Lastly, to build relationship as well as credibility.

    2. For driving traffic to my site based on keywords
