I hope you are thinking about your offshore contractors this holiday season and giving them a bit extra as a special thanks especially if you are doing well. They will appreciate it and it will be good karma and come back to you ten fold.

  • I agree. I've given all my outsourcers a bit more for the holidays.

    But I gave more to my outsourcers in the U.S. and Canada. They are struggling far more this year because of the economy and the competition overseas.
