Wordpress 2.9 - upgrade fails - SOLVED

Is anyone else having problems? Most of my sites are failing to upgrade?

    i just ran the update on mine and it went off without a hitch. i am unsure as to why it would be giving yours a hard time

    No, I didn't have any issues with the upgrade. Yet, the sites I'm working on are on a local server. Have you tried disabling all plugins first? They might be interfering with the upgrade.

    Nah, upgrade on my sites went absolutely fine. Are you upgrading automatically or manually?

      A few sites updated without a problem. The rest are giving a variety of errors.

      I tried disabling plugins - didn't help

      I'm updating automatically - and some older sites have WAUP installed - which isn't doing the job either.

      Sounds like it's going to have to be a manual job. Bummer - I hate work!

      Edit - Solved - the account they were on had reached its quota. Just went in and adjusted that. Now working fine.

        I ran in to this problem a while back! Boy did I feel stoopid when I FINALLY figured it out! LOLOL

        Lesson learned, but boy, did I feel blonde!
