Wordpress -- Which RSS Feed to Use? Feedburner?

Hi,
I've created a facebook fan page for my site as suggested by folks here (thanks) and now I'm looking to import my rss feed. It's no problem from a technical standpoint, but it seems that my WP site has more than one feed, so I'm not sure which one to use.

I have three questions:
1. Which feed to use?

I have this feed from the site:

http://helpspa.com/feed/rss/ (and a few others)
and this feed from FeedBurner:
Code:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/Helpspa
2. Also, I'm going to add an RSS icon to the actual blog itself (don't ask why I didn't do it already), and I have the same question, which RSS feed should I make as the link?

3. Do I need to use the wp plugin for feedburner if the feedburner feed is already going? I read about having wordpress feed everything to feedburner and that you don't need the plugin as long as the above feedburner rss feed is currently reflecting your posts.

    You should not use feedburner if you are looking for linkjuice. The feedburner feed do not redirect the linkjuice to your site.

      I'm new to this and a little confused. Could you please explain what you mean? When someone subscribes to the feed, whether from my site's RSS or from my feedburner RSS, don't the get to my site when they click on one of the articles in the feed?

    Yes. They will both go directly to your site.

    My point is that if you are going to submit your RSS feed to the different RSS directories you should use your own RSS feed (not feedburner). This is because the links from your RSS feed on other sites will count as links back to your site. This helps increase your search engine rankings.

      Ok. I haven't actually submitted any rss feeds as far as I know -- does the wordpress update service (Settings->Writing->Update Services) count as RSS submission.

      And that being said, is it ok to use feedburner, but then use my own feed when I submit to rss directories.

      So then should I use the site's feed for facebook instead of feedburner, so then I can get facebook to link to ME and not to feedburner? Is that the idea?
