  This video is exactly as you described, if not much better.
  
  You asked really good questions, and James gave some really helpful, insightful and revealing answers. It's refreshing not to have to wade through BS and self-aggrandisement - a lot of videos are full of that stuff, this one is not and you both focused on giving the viewer something valuable.
  
  And I'm only half-way through.

That's really cool. I love that it isn't an "I lived in my car, couldn't afford a tootbrush..." type story. In fact James had more to lose by taking the leap. If you have nothing you lose nothing.

Wicked stuff and you looked like you had a lot of fun making it.

  Hi Alex,
  
  It's difficult to say - there isn't much.
  
  You ummmed occasionally, but only for a second or two and if you hadn't, I think it would have taken something away as you came across as 'real', or 'live' and unedited.
  
  I think the most important thing is that you asked good questions, and didn't allow periods where the useful info dried up - this is probably down to the quality of the interviewee as well. You kept a 'flow' going all the way through.
  
  Also you smiled a lot, and the interview was informal and friendly which made it pleasurable to watch. It wasn't dull, or over the top.
  
  I'm often quite critical when I've taken the time to watch a video and I've felt let down, so as this one didn't leave me feeling that way, I felt like leaving thanks/a comment here.
