Talk about creating urgency and scarcity, a famous or infamous marketer, depending on your view, just ended his infomercial with these words. "I'm being sued again... etc. (see thread title)
The "I'm being sued again" statement was made after he revealed that he had already been fined $37,000,000. (according to him he won the appeal and didn't have to pay the fine.)
