Time management my xxx

Maybe if a person stopped viewing all the videos on time management and listening to all the teleseminars on how to be more productive, some actual work would get done. I keep reducing the number of lists I am on and it is still at the point that 10 e-mails equal about 4 hours a day of videos and teleseminars. Of course most of the webinars and teleseminars are right in the middle of a workday just to further complicate things.

Best time management tool I have found is the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

That's why you have to make a daily routine which sets aside a specific amount of time for your "due diligence" and strictly adhere to your schedule.

I wouldn't recommend unsubscribing from all the lists may be just a few.

Just because you get the e-mails doesn't mean you have to watch all the videos and everything.

Basically you want to keep up on market trends and see how other people are selling so you can see if you can incorporate specific methods into your own business.

I know what you mean Tom. That's why took these 2 actions ... the best things I did last year:

1- I set up filters to move all broadcast and responder emails into a separate folder. I read things when I have time and once in a while I clear it after archiving things I want to keep.

My inbox is relatively clear for all the mail directed to me personallly rather than broadcasts.

2- I bought a portable media player and now place all audios and videos on it.

I listen when I drive and I watch when I'm travelling by train or plane. I have learnt a lot and have become much more productive without using up valubale time when I'm ay my desk.

    Good luck

Being (or not being) on email lists is not the issue. You make it sound as if just unsubscribing fixes everything.

There were time management books long before the Internet existed.
