John Reese's Traffic Secrets

Hey guys,
Im interested in picking up a copy of John Reese's traffic secrets, but cant seem to find an operational site or download/order link anywhere? It appears the main site is currently down.

Also, has anyone actually picked up a copy of this and if so - what are your thoughts/comments/feedback about it?

Im looking to learn more about how to increase traffic/conversions to my sites. (Im a vendor not an affiliate marketer)

Thanks

John

It's a solid product. Lots of ideas, especially for people that are somewhat new to Internet Marketing. I own both TS1 and TS2 and would recommend them.

That said, I don't believe it is currently available. From the look of the official website, I would guess it will be updated and re-launched at some point in the near future. It has had that message for a while now.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Traffic Secrets 2.0 was the last version released. I still have it, and it is a very solid product. One of my top products I have bought.

    Thanks guys.

Im not new to IM, although Ive only just entered into my 2nd year, so certainly not an expert by any means. I know I have a lot to learn to really accelerate my growth in this industry and Im also aware that I need to invest more towards learning and development.

You mention that this product is suitable for newbies. Would I still get much out of it?

Also, is there any way of picking up a copy from somewhere, either from you guys or elsewhere?

Id be more interested in v2.0

    Thanks again.

I bought traffic secrets 2.0 in september 2008. There is some good info in there but to be honest I wasnt that impressed for the price and I have probably learnt 100x more through my own testing etc..

If you have been into IM for over a year this will probably be too basic for you in my opinion.

I agree. I have both TS1 and TS2. There are some good ideas in TS2, but seems more geared toward the newbies vs. advanced IMer's.

You'll probably find more advanced, current techniques in these forums.

Thanks. I appreciate the heads up. Im fine with outsourcing and building sites, as well as developing products but need to learn more in terms of generating more traffic.

    Any WSO's worth a look?

      Hey Ramone mate,

Funny you mention Traffic Secrets. I was also looking to buy last week, but the site was in maintenance.

I contacted the traffic secrets team, and they told me that they are updating and a new version of traffic secrets will be arriving very shortly.

Traffic Secrets 2.0 entire program is being converted into an online learning platform that will make it easier to follow the lessons and then take action as described to start bringing in the traffic to your site. There's alot of improvements being made I was told by the team.

So, I'd wait just a little bit longer, because I'm quite eager to get my hands on a copy also.

So just keep a lookout mate

I've not owned any previous traffic secrets. I only really know article marketing and PPC.... but, I'm sure, even the most experienced marketer, will find some golden information in the new traffic secrets.

I'm personally going to go for it, I always learn something new when I read anything that John Reese talks about.

Most, if not ALL of these products are geared to new marketers.

        Think about it logically.

You're buying a product with tons of information...enough to command a
        huge price tag.

How much of that can possibly be advanced material for an experienced
        marketer?

Someday when I come out with my own physical product of this nature,
        it will be no different.

However, and it's going to say this on the sales page, if you've been at
this for some time, most of this info is going to be pretty basic to you.

Yeah, I know...totally against the rules of salescopy and marketing.

But then again, I never did follow the sheep in this industry.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents on the subject.

    Thanks Steve.

Im certainly not a novice - but not an expert - I guess I need an "intermediate" course? I just feel a bit flat at the moment and Im hungry to learn.

So what course should I be digesting - Im hungry - GIMMIE GIMMIE GIMMIE

While that site is down another great site for traffic is coming up in January/February that walks you through a day by day step by step process. I suppose it will last 2-4 weeks. Much great content is free (see below) but for this traffic class coming up you have to be a member.

I believe the first two weeks is under five bucks and then only 27.00 /month after. You literally could join for 5 dollars and download a ton of great information (He tells you that you can do that) and see if you like the upcoming traffic class that he is going to do. I joined in October and quite honestly, cannot see ever unsubscribing.

You're right. I just looked at a cached copy of the sales page.

Whether it's enforced or not is an entirely different matter.

Bootleg copies of Frank Kern's original Mass Control course used to appear regularly on eBay, and no one seemed to be concerned about putting a stop to it.

here's a secret. find out what a popular talk show is talking about before it airs and get a blog post on page one on google for that topic. Example is the successful show jersey shore; of course try to pick more related things to what you are selling...
