Is there any place you can sell a website without having to pay any type of listing fees?

Not that I know of, every time I'm selling a site. I use Flippa.com. I have never had a site not sell when I use them.

You can list and sell sites at Digital Point without paying any fees at all......but then you have to go to Digital Point>>>>>

Many are not fond of the quality obtained there but...you get what you pay for!

You can use namepros.com. Also DP, but that's very low quality buyers there. Your best bet is the Warrior Forum for $20 or Flippa for $19. If your site isn't worth that, you might develop it more and make it worth that.

Don't forget about Craigslist. I've sold plenty there to locals.

GREAT idea!!! Hadn't thought of that one!

      Meanwhile, to Rhonda:

Here's a way to sell for no listing fees -- but it may take some patience and legwork:

You can put an "ad" for your websites in your signature line here at the WF and at DigitalPoint etc., and then just post away, especially on relevant threads, posting interesting, relevant, and meaningful comments and answers.

That will get your thread seen by potential buyers who can then contact you.

This is unlikely to maximize your ROI though, so personally I agree with others here that you should really consider shelling out those $19 (or $20) and list them properly.

      Good luck!

    Hi Rhonda,

the usual channels are already in the thread.

The only additional channels I can think of are twitter and identica.

It will work better if you have a group of followers who know you have some expertise in the subject.

In my experience, you will get a lot more money either her at WF or on Flippa than on the other "free" sites.

It will more than cover the listing fee.

Of course, that is assuming you have something sellable - hard to say not having seen your site.
