I've submitted articles to ezine - What should I do with them now?

Merry Christmas to all Warriors!

I have got a keyword with 6000 competing sites, I have some articles I would like to rank for the keywords(s)

What should I be doing to achieve this? And what else should I be doing with the articles (to get more views ect.)

Make sure the keywords are in your anchored text. Also, make sure your keywords are in your title, and bolded and italicized throughout your article. Your keyword density should be between 2-3 percent. Shouldn't be to hard to rank for a keyword with 6,000 sites

    hey,

submit them to at least 4 article directories..

make a wp blog and get a domain with your kw.
make posts ti your blog with main kw also using LSI kw
    throughout...

your best bet is to check out google sniper!
George Brown is the master at this....

    Hi buddy,
basically your keywords plays the most important role in ranking your website or making links. Do make sure your keywords are not excessively used ot very less used. Secondly if your articles are being approved by ezine, then submit them to other quality article directories which will help you.

    Keep smiling...

Just a few things to say here:

Deaddogdesign - 2-3% keyword density will not be accepted by ezine articles

keystoprosper - If the poster adds his articles to other directories, they will not be accepted by ezine articles.

The first thing I would suggest you do, TheOne24, is do your utmost to get platinum status at ezine articles because then all the articles you write will be approved more quickly. Before you get to platinum status it takes about a week, which is gut-wrenchingly long if you ask me.

Once they are approved you can ping them at pingomatic. You can go to the free classified ads and post some ads pointing to your articles, which will give them a boost.

As Jake2009 rightly says, you can add your articles to other directories.

Hopefully, with only 6,000 competition you can rank easily. How did you do your research, btw? Did you check allintitle and allinurl? Did you check the pagerank of the sites in the top ten for your keyword?

I hope you get the rankings you need!

    Best wishes,

    Ruth

Thanks for your answer 'deaddogdesighn.' I was hoping that with 6000 competition would be a good way to learn the methods and then I can move on to my more difficult keywords

Thanks Key2prosper. I will submit to other directories asap. I will also find out about Google Sniper and buy it as soon as possible.

Platinum status is good. But for now I will simply try to think a week in advance. Until things pick up.

    Thanks for the answers

Gale. Thanks for the advice, your answer was pretty thourough. I used googles keyword tool and searched google in brackets.

Thanks Jake. I will do as you say.

The very first thing you need to do is use YOUR content on YOUR site, after that you can submit the articles to the directories. Then you can submit the RSS feed, submit them to Blog Carnival, make a Squidoo lens and a Hubpage, then you can mass submit the article thru a service like Content Crooner. Make a video article out of the original and then use the articles in an autoresponder.

Here is what I would do.Go to BIG MIKE and get Article Bot> Incansoft | Experience The Difference Today!
Check to make sure that your article has been indexed by google.(copy and paste your article url from e-zine into google search. If it has been indexed then you can submit it to Hundreds of other article submission sites using article bot. There is a lot to learn when it comes to using articles to drive traffic. The BIGGEST ONE is how do you get a HIGH RATE OF CLICKS on the money link in your resource box.<<<THIS IS WHERE THE MONEY IS MADE./ Don't know how then you must continue your education.

First wait for the articles to be approved. Once they are approved, rewrite them slightly and have them resubmitted to other directories such as goarticles, articlebase and the likes with a link back to the main article in ezinearticles.

You should also bookmark the articles on all the directories you have them submitted them. You can also use the same article to create lens and hubs on squidoo and hubpages respectively with a link back to the main article on ezinearticles.com
