Server Down Can't Get in Contact

Here is the story I recently met someone here at warrior forum. They said they could get my blog installed with Wordpress MU. They did and switched my stuff over from my server to their sever. Now the big problem. There server has been down about 13 hours and I have no way to get in contact with them. What do I do? My domain is bestqualityproducts.net

It was used through speedy install helpdesk? His name is John. John if you do read this let me know I need to some more incite on what I should do, everyday I am don't have this up I am losing potiential money!!!!! My mind is going in circles right now

    The thing is, if the server is completely down, he won't get any e-mail you send. speedyinstall.com is down, too. (You're probably on the same server.) But you could try e-mailing, since it could be just http that's down.

    Otherwise, you'd have to phone him, I guess...
