Ok you want a 3 Column WP Theme.. there are thousands of them.

Do a search, look around.

Pick your top 2-5 PAID or FREE themes and send me a private message (or i guess you could post the links here)

Whatever.. and i will make sure they are scalable.

Personally I love the Woo-themes, there are a lot of them you can choose from. Fresh news is my personal favourite. I use it on most of my blogs. For the others I have a few that a friend of mine created through Artisteer.
