1. Pick a niche
2. Decide how you would like to monetize
3. Go!

You have to choose something to promote or sell. This could be yourself, a physical item, a digital item, and it will be connected with a niche selection.

There are a ton of ways to make money, so put a list together of all the ways to make money you can find, and look up what they involve.

You can start where ever you'd like.

I started by using Squidoo, then I progressed to something that actually works, List Building.

but my squidoo experience actually got me started and provided an interesting training ground.

A squeeze page is relatively easy to build, or outsource, and articles are a very effective way of driving traffic to it. Then once it starts, just duplicate it and really focus on traffic.

I can see that english is not one of your strengths so I wouldn't
recommend article writing as a fast cash source for you.
However, I can see that in your title you used the words
"SEO Newbie" so for some quick cash maybe you can offer
your services as a link builder. I would assume you already
know what that is.

You can also go the route of typical affiliate marketers.
Select some products and promote like crazy. You're bound
to sell one, two or even more each month.

Look for affiliate offers in Clickbank whose vendors offer
affiliate tools like banners, sample articles or email follow-ups
and use these for promotions. You can always start with
squidoo, hubpages, weebly, blogspot, wordpress.com and
some other free blogging platforms. They say blogtalkradio
has a high search ranking, so you can also try it there.

@rapidscc - yeah my english its not native, I can read and talk/writte but not doing some good article (such as grammar type or ...)

otherwise I have someone who writte article for me at this moment

@Friendlyrob - I have already done a small linkwheel - but did not get traffic from these, should I continue posting my article there?

Right now my main focus that I'll try to promote my own hosting company, should be working if I'm posting some good article on blog with a linkback to my main website no?

I've get for my Xmas (thanks to my wife) xrumer - I thing it can help no? but I'm a little be scared about spamming thousand on forums at the moment

You can start by putting you affiliate link in your signature for your hosting company.

Have you heard of clickbank? You can go to www.clickbank.com and they have digital prducts that you can market using their spalsh pages and sales letters. some of them have other affiliate tools.

Take a clickbank product that interests you and you have passion in, start a blog about the subject and put your affiliate link in it, then start to plaster your blog address all over the article sites, squidoo, hubpages, and the other social networks.

Don't forget to add your new product to your signature of all your forum posts.

No, do not put affiliate links in your sig. Only put links to sites that YOU own.

Jill,
I was unaware that this was a TOS violation. Still just getting started in here and that has not been frowned upon in other forums. I don't have an affiliate link in my signature, it's my own website.

Nexty, you can do some forum marketing as well - go sign up to a few webmaster/seo forums and see how you can contribute to the conversations.

Always check the TOS and link to your site when applicable.

Ok, well, you are off to a good start.

I would suggest fixing up your twitter page. Your pic for instance does not really show me your logo. You can make a better background page as well.

Your tweets could use some help as well.

Try to interact with those you are following a bit.

Put a company blog up, and talk about hosting, etc.

You need to sell yourself a bit more and get the word out on your service.

Wow, big improvement on your page already!

Add some article marketing and video marketing into the mix. Submit your site to some directories, etc.

I would also go and spy on some other hosting companies, and see where their backlinks and seo is coming from.

thanks avenuegirl - I have already get 4 unique article, I have done my linkwheel and add 1 articles on all those wheel (6) but dont see any comming traffic on this,

I have also blast a little one of this with xrumer, still not indexed by google

I got my identi.ca page also with good stat (1400followin - 317 follower) have receive some traffic from this

PS: someone have a list for article directory to share? let me know thanks!

Hi nexty you can find article directory lists and other lists by searching on the forums here by using the search feature. nexty just keep doing what it is that your doing. It can take time to see results but if you carry on doing even small things they soon add up. I wish you luck. Thanks for identi.ca link it looks good. Will check it out.

Your wife bought xrumer for you?

xrumer is good for pushing articles or any web 2.0 platform in the search engines, but I don't recommend that you apply it to your own sites though.

You could also offer a xrumer service if you know what you are doing.
