Hello warriors

I have always been wondering, if i want to create wesites and load them with affiliate links which directs to my account, also if i want to add adsense on it which also directs to my adsense account, and for sure it will be attractive to buyers and a good reason for them to by my site, how am going to sell them as for sure i will not give them niether my affiliate link nor my adsense account.
Also the Monthly costs for the hosting and the domain reservation how am going to deal with this, and her another question arises, ca i sell bloggers blogs on Flippa??

I don't think you want to leave your adsense account on a site that you sold, you take a big risk of the account being banned for click fraud. As for leaving your affiliate links on the site will be a hard sell. People want websites in order to make money from them. Leaving your money makers on there and then selling it is good for you because now you have someone to host the site and maintain it while you get all the dough.

When you sell the site, you simply change over all the affiliate and adsense links to that of the new buyer.

Then upload the site to their server and push the domain to them (they need to have an account at the same place where the domain name is).

You can probably find more details on each of these steps if you search the forum but that's basically what you need to do.

Do i my self need to change theover all affiliate and adsense links to that of the new buyer, or it shoud be their responsibility, and do they need to create a hop link them selves for each product which appears in the website?

        Either, it doesn't matter.

But why not offer this as a bonus to the potential buyer. Just let them know, you can change it for them if they want, they just provide you the details.

Site flipping is also about solid customer service aswell as many other things.

When I sell a site, I also offer a free transfer to their hosting, including changing affiliate ID's I have on the sites. If they like to do it themselves, I will remove my adsense publisher ID from the ads, as well as my affiliate links from the banners. Just a way of protecting my accounts. Then all they have to do is fill in their ID's in the blanco spaces.

I normally have all the ads in place when I sell a site and then switch it over to the new owners ads when it is sold. They want to make the money from the site so they use their own ads. You do not transfer your accounts to them. Same with hosting. Once sold, you push the domain to them and install it on their host.

I create a options page where the new buyer can paste his/her Adsense publisher ID, Clickbank username etc. and once the page is saved, they take effect through out the site. All hail the power of WordPress (ok, PHP).
