Aweber and Paypal

Jus need general advice...
I use aweber as autoresponder and paypal as pmt processor.
Can I integrate the two programs so that everytime there is a sale, an automated email is triggered to be sent to buyer, which in effect is the thank u email containing their download link.
If this is possible, is it a simple process any newbie can do it Or require some outside help.
Its just that I prefer getting this process done using the two programs I am already using instead of buying some script which comes with its learning curve. Kindly note my sales funnel is not simple salesletter>>order page>>>thank u page because there is the OTO page in between as well.
