Selling a website domain?

Can you sell a profitable domain if it is only an affiliate redirect? And if so, would the price be affected? For example, I know that you can normally get 6-8 months income as the sale price, but would it be less if there's not an actual site? Worst case scenario I'll just put a presell squeeze page up, but Im curious as I have a lot of these domains.

    I think if it's generating income it can be sold... Not sure where you would list it though. With a squeeze page you could sell it as a site, without I think you would have to sell as a domain.

    just browse around flippa and see if you can find other sites like yours- like using ebay to establish value of your old skis

      If your domain is more than 2 years in a highly competitive niche, you probably could sell quite high due to domain aging.

      But frankly speaking if it is really more thn 2 years and you are making money in the market you are promoting, I strongly suggest you keep it using for future use since it can help rank websites at lighting speed...

    I've had it for 3 months but it makes about 1200 a month, so I guess I'll just build a presell page on it. Thanks for the help everyone!

    Try to build up a good revenue history before selling it on Flippa. The longer you can show that the site's had revenue the more likely you'll be to get a good price.
