For the past few hours, I received tons of emails from a so-called "Freddie" with the subject line:
Newest blackhat method that will shock you.

Anyone getting the same email?

  Yep. Only two, from 122.163.85.131 - a broadband connection in India.
  
  I got them at the address I used to use in the Beer button at the old site. The only spam I ever get that ONLY goes to that address is IM-specific, and seems to originate from someone harvesting addresses from there.
  
  I'm betting this product has been sold as a WSO in the past.

Nope, but I was somehow automatically subscribed to some guru's list a few days ago promoting one of the top products on Clickbank... Almost seemed like my e-mail address was shared by a big guru I am subscribed to...

It's a bit ridiculous, I was offended. I unsubscribed and haven't received any e-mails about the product since.

And as far as junk emails that I receive, I simply block their email id or unsubscribe.

There is not much we can do about it.
