Australian Affiliates and Taxation

Hi Warriors,
I'd like any Australian internet marketers out there to give me their thoughts on this guy's "Australian Affiliate Agreement" - he requires his affiliates to send him an invoice before he pays them their commissions.

I've spoken with other Australian affiliate marketers and they have said they don't get their affiliates to invoice them - I'd like your thoughts on this matter and what the guy in the above link is doing is the way to go.

    Beau that seems to be the proper way to do it.

    You're right in that many AU vendors aren't doing this.
    I guess one way around the issue is to use an affiliate network who handles payments for you.
