Need guidance on creating a PDF document to a website link!

I made my first two PDF's and I want to create a link so I can send it out to my list. I have my own domain and web hosting is set up.

I've been trying to look for tutorial videos on how to create a direct link to the PDF anyone can access online but most are ambiguous and not step-by-step actions.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
