Question on Flipping Websites

After a time of not having a clue about a ftp or cpanel or wordpress setup, I have mastered making websites and have quite a few that are performing well. I'm thinking about selling some of my websites, but I am back to square one in knowing the process of getting a website transfered to the new owner. Can anyone give me the basics I will need or direct me to a good site with the information I will need to know? What type of hosting do I need, and do I need to keep my personal websites on a separate hosting plan? How much is usually done by the seller in getting the buyer's new site set up on their own hosting? Any tips would be appreciated.

        That report is great to explain the transfer of a site.

        I also bought Flip Ace the other day, and it's an incredible product, the best I've read on site flipping anyhow

Every so often you get a customer who knows how to and prefers to move the site themselves. Being able to give them cpanel access allows them to move it themselves.

    Here is what I usually do. Only follow this if you want to be in the flipping business. I buy reseller host in host gator. Create one cpanel account for each site. Include free hosting for whoever win the auction. This way, there wont be any time wasted on transfering everything. Its easy to do though. Some other warrior might be able to help you out.
