Timer of webpages?

Hi there,

I would like to add a timer to my webpage. Say you have a launch for a week and you want to have (24x7 [not in the mood to get the calculator ) minutes decreasing with each and every minute that passes.

Can anyone recommend a script that can do this?

I'm also looking for code to put the date and time at the beginning of my sales page. Anyone know where to find either of these?
