What should I do with a dozen and more domain name with a fairly new niche?

I have over a dozen domain that will most likely will be found out by people wanted to buy the domain by typing it on their browser to see if is available or not or is it for sale or not. The domains are based on a brand new niche only a very few people know right now, and also consist of keywords that will be searched for within weeks by millions of people, because no one has done this yet...until now!
However, I already have few domain that is related to this niche that I will be only using to update content and write about the new niche. Therefore, will not need the other domain names for live updated content. Therefore, for an audience like this that are only coming to my website via interest of purchasing the domain name or wanted to find out if it is on sale, what should I do with them? Just park it or sell domain-related software/ebook that will be interested to those audience that make $ via buying and selling of domain names?

Build it so when it's time to sell it, you can sell it higher than you expected when there's traffic and content. It's pretty easy to build it when you have enough time to search for free or premium script that you can use. It could also be a way to get subscribers or links pointing to your main site. That was my problem before when I was into selling domains that is why I created my own script so I just upload articles. Parking domain gives you few dollars a month compare to an active site with unique contents unless you have millions of domains and you cannot handle building it nor giving traffic.

  Build them out, get some traffic, develop proven revenue, sell the sites or keep them.

  So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.

  okay. what is the fastest way for developing and building the websites and have it updated automatically without much intervention from you because I have other website I want to updated regular not these domain sites.

I take all my dormant domains and add wordpress. Then submit 100 articles for a niche and let it drip them out over 6 months.

Its an autoblog with one article per day and google loves this. Then when your ready to sell it there will be a ton of pages indexed.
