When you buy or have someone use your domain to do a service such as a custom header or theme how do you actually give them the site and how do they give it back to your, or in the buying a site case, how do they give you their site.

    I'm no expert, but I think:

    1. You can give someone access to your site, but control their privileges by setting up an additional account, depending on the database/software that you are using. What you don't want is to give someone you don't know, or trust, complete admin access unless you absolutely have to.

    2. If you're buying a site, and/or domain, then you want them to give you complete admin access, and then you later change the passwords/etc.
