Outsourcing customer service

Does anybody know of a good customer service outsourcing company? I need someone who understands internet marketing and can do everything from- infusionsoft integration, order processing and fulfillment, general customer service, and work with my programmers.

Thanks!

I am interested in the same thing: a good outsourcing recommendation. However I need someone to take calls, do sales (but its real easy and I provide all materials to land the client), and keep up customer relations with emails and occasional phone calls.

I would recommend you post your project with a detailed description of a job and estimated budget on some freelancing website such odesk, elence or freelancer. You will find lots of good companies offering your required services at a very low cost. I have been working with Outsource SEO Content Writing and I am loving their services in seo and content writing.

Personally, I've had a good experience on ODesk, but you must be very clear and specific with your expectations and what you're looking for. Likewise, "interviewing" candidates is key to determining if they're a right fit for your business and be on the front-end of your business or brand.

Ok guys, here's what I've done and it's very well for me.

I post ads in the local newspaper for stay at home moms wanting to earn a little extra money. When they reply I tell them the scoop. You can either pay them hourly or (better) based on volume.

The reason I love this method is because you can train them exactly how you want. You're not sending your valuable customers to some third party who doesn't care about you or your product.

I teach them to treat each customer the way they would personally like to be treated and actually get emails from customers raving about my support staff! This of course leads to exceptional customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

So how would you recommend going about the "interview" and what are some good questions to ask?

Just curious cause I'm interested in outsourcing work as well (why I'm reading this thread... duh.)

      Thanks

I was looking fpr a recommended service with a name including Customer Retention which specialized in reducing return rates, they hve more patience and people skills than most marketers, but charged > $10 a call, which is a winner for upscale products.

In the process of searching for them, I did turn up some other services:

I have had great success using Odesk. I found a great worker from Romania who speaks perfect English and totally understands the process of setting up websites and integrating the sites to Infusion Soft.

You can find some talented kids there, make sure if you find a good one, offer them something attractive and try to get them on full time.
