What should i do with this?

I had *another* site which i neglected a lot over the last two years.

For this one i had a product made for me a while ago, its a 25 pages pretty good looking PDF for a specific health condition. Its about treatment, prevention etc..etc...

I started this site and had the book written since the keyword(s) are pretty good and there seems to be demand for this particular niche.

Right now, i am not on clickbank with this since i dont know whether 25 pages are enough to "legitimate" putting it up - furthermore there is already competing products for the same niche on CB which (for some reason) have really low gravity. But i know that the keywords are good since Market Samurai doesnt lie

As for now i simply have a "private" paypal payment checkout on my site which uses my downloadguard checkout - but i think that clickbank would be better simply because it would offer more forms of payments. The targeted audience might not always know about paypal?

Options:

*) Put product "as is" on clickbank?
*) Add value and THEN put product on clickbank?
*) Use some other way of payment gateway?
*) Just keep it as is but start doing some good SEO and rank the site higher?
*) Sell the site? Its a good looking site and good ebook, but due to neglectance it doesnt really receive traffic [yet].

I've seen 100-page ebooks that didn't have 25 useful pages to them. If the ebook is good and delivers on the problem it addresses then you can sell it as is. Of course, adding value is usually a good idea, but it sounds like you need to start driving traffic to the site to see if the product will sell. If it does, then look at ways to scale it up.

I agree with Dennis, the number of pages won't matter if the ebook is garbage!

Depending on your niche, will you be able to generate a list if you give it away? You can then sell to your list your competitor's products or upsell while they download the free version.

    Just my 2 cents.

    As an extra option:

If the ebook is good, instead of selling it, sell the rights to it (PLR or MRR).

Your new target audience definitely knows about paypal, and I'd always rather sell a business than a product. You can even include your keyword research as a bonus.

You can sit back and let others add enough value to stick it on clickbank.

Giveaway a short Report version regarding that niche subject.
Add links and an incentive to purchase your full ebook or
perhaps turn it into a video tutorial.

    My 3 cents.

I would put that bad boy on CB NOW. Don't wait, that is what kills marketer's ideas.

You can make it bigger and better later and then add an upsell or raise the price once it gets bigger.
