How Should I format My Video's?

Hey warriors,

I am working on a video course right now and wanted to know what is the best way to produce my video's for sharable format? I am using camtasia and want to know what size I should use and what formats, so I have no problems when people download the videos.

Also if you have any other advice I am all EARS.

      Thanks Seanyg, but I am not putting these videos on video sharing sites, this is going to be my own product. So I will set up a download page for them and another question I have is should I have them so they can be downloaded or should I put them directly on the download page so they can be viewed there or have both options? Oh yeah and one more thing what about people with Macs?

        I use mp4 and host them on amazons s3 service i manage it all through ezS3.com upload it, create a player then add the embed code to a forum. blog or html page it's easy and saves loads of time and bandwidth
