Anyone in the shed/woodworking niche?

I have a 14 page ebook that I put together as an opt in bonus in the shed/woodworking plans niche. I decided to start my EM career there because I am a contractor and have knowledge in this field, it was easy for me to write about.

I am thinking about selling it PLR to generate some money. First off is this something anyone would be interested in. Second what would be the best way of going about selling it? Should I just put it in my signature, do a wso, or just say...hey, anyone want this?

Next what is a fair price, I was thinking $5-$7. It could be broken into an auto responder series or used for well anything.

Any suggestions as to how to do this, or if it's a good idea to start with?

    Ive had my own home remodeling biz for about 12 years now.
    Barley keeping my head out of the sawdust.
    Anyway,is this just about building sheds?
    Theres a guy on Clickbank selling plans for chicken coops.Look it up on google and you can see what hes doing.Look at CB and you might get an idea.
    Ill be honest,i havent seen anyone in this forum promoting basiclly anything in the construction industry.
    The auto responder series might be good.Set it up like an email mini course.
    Divide it into days,and each day a person has to complete an item or task.
    Do you explain how to pour a concrete slab,or use a footing and say one row of 8x8x16 block,then a bottom plate,then 2x6s as joists?
    Here in AZ we cant put anything on the ground thats wood.Termites will eat it in a year or 2.
    Why wont it work for your biz as is?

      Its much more basic than that. The product I was promoting was more of what you are talking about. My little ebook is more of an overview for someone interested in building a shed. How to plan for different kinds of sheds, where and how to get materials, things like that. Very basic. I didn't want to I guess a good way to put it would be "plan to build your shed" or something like that. I used it as a "get this guide by signing up" to build a list.

    Ive promoted similar products on clickbank so far, they seem to fair pretty well but are not my number one selling point. I would suggest sticking it up on clickbank to try and get some affiliates into your site and earning you some money.

    Is your product going to have detailed plans on how to create different types of sheds? if not I would not really waste my time on this product as it offers nothing of real value from the 6 pages you said above

    Give your ebook for free and insert a couple of affiliate links.

    According to Market Samurai the exact search term "how to build a shed" gets searched for over 470 times a day with only 3,000 competing pages. The exact match domain is taken though.

    Shows there is some interest in the subject.

    You could throw up a 3 or 4 page website with a good keyword inspired title. You need an About Me page, a Privacy Policy, and a main page that explains your ebook and has a picture of it with a download link and a PayPal button. I threw one up that's not really that good, but if you can drive traffic you can still make things work. Mine is /%pagename% It's not so good, but I'm learning about traffic and believe things will look up. Hope things look up for you as well. This is just a suggestion, there are probable guys on here with much more savvy who have better ones. Good luck to ya!

    If you have a market for this product, I would sell this info for at least $30-$50 on the front end and then upsell your customers on the back end.

    That way, you are not only earning the $30-$50 commissions.....You are now able to earn $50 and all the way up to $500 from your existing customers.

    If you are not familiar with UPSELL, look it up on Google.
