Your input needed: Who are the Warrior Gurus?

by Ken Preuss 19 replies
Here's the deal. I'm putting together a series of tele-clinics on various IM topics and I'm looking for exceptional teachers/course instructors. My question for you is:

Who would you say are the Warrior gurus for each of the IM areas listed below?

Warriors are great, non-warriors are fine too if you're on their list or whatever.

I'm not really interested in the usual suspects, in other words the folks who are already big names. I'm looking for other folks - ideally with a list - who can teach and deliver exceptional content.

Heck, you can nominate yourself if you like. :-) What matters most is that it is someone you would actually say is TOP SHELF as a teacher/content provider.

Here are the categories - tell me who you would nominate for each (or any):

Affiliate marketing

Domain flipping

Membership sites

MRR/PLR/etc.

Article marketing

Social networking/bookmarking

Blogging

Adwords/PPC

Effective SEO strategies

Videos/video marketing

Craigslist

Ebay

P.S. If you have someone who fits in a category I didn't put down, please let me know who they are and what the category is. Thanks!

    Ken, here are my votes.

    1. List Building/Management - Paul Myers. His TalkBizNews has been running
    for like 10 years.

    2. Video Creation - Kevin Riley

    3. Affiliate Marketing - Chris Rempel (I hope I have the name right)

    4. Copywriting - Too many to name but you could go with any one of
John Ritz, Eric Louviere, Judy Kettenhoffen, Cherilyn Lester

If I think of more, I'll list them.

Also "hamsters" which you may want to seriously consider adding to your list.

      Kindest regards,
      Andrew Cavanagh

P.S. If you want a real expert on blogging/SEO talk to Tinu Abayomi-Paul.

OMG and how could forget? The man who taught me almost everything I
        know about copywriting.

Ken, you can add Andrew Cavanagh to this list as well.

That's what happens when you're just so burnt out you can't even think
        anymore.

You have Craigslist on your list...Can you be a little more definitive as to what you're looking for regarding CL?

Good question. I realize that most people who are great at CL are using it as part of a larger overall strategy.

As with all the other items on the list, I guess I'm wondering if there are any IM'ers/trainers out there who are exceptional at using Craigslist to produce real results - and who could effectively teach those strategies to others.

      Thanks,
      Ken

    Thanks all. This is great!

If anyone has more names to throw in please do. There are some phenomenal practitioners and teachers out there who are not considered big-name gurus but can make a massive difference for many IM'ers. These are the folks I want to find.

    Keep 'em coming.
