Where to go for software development?
I have numerous ideas for software that would be helpful in the IM niche, but I have zero programming skills.
Where would I go to hire a freelancer to create software, and application, or tool for IM?
Would they be able to create, for instance, a WordPress plug-in, or something like Micro Niche Finder, or even an audio program? I have so many ideas and not much expertise in this department.
