Searching for fellow Warriors with .mobi domains

I have several .mobi domains which currently just redirect to regular sites as it takes a lot of time, for me, anyway, to create a .mobi site. However, I did try http://mobisitegalore.com and found it to be very good for creating a mobi site.

I see there is also a great new Wordpress template on themeforest.net for a mobi site - http://ibloggr.presswordthemes.com/

I posted several threads here looking for mobi wp themes and simply wasn't able to find anything nice. There still isn't much selecion.

I think Wordpress also has a plugin for converting an existing blog to fit the mobile output.

I have mixed feelings about .mobi domains. I like the concept and think the market will definitely grow, so I feel they are a good investment - despite everything you read to the contrary. I also like the word mobi - if you are doing a radio ad promoting a website its so easy for customers to remember.

As a point of interest, a few months ago I was able to register just about any .mobi domain I checked. Now they are harder to find than a .com almost. Someone out there seems to be snapping up a lot of premium .mobi domains. Wish I had grabbed a few more, now, when the going was good-especially the short names. They are practically non-existent now.

miellas: As you can see from the responses to this thread, not many here seem to be interested in .mobi domains. I have found this to be true any time I have posted a thread asking a question about the .mobi scene. However, I am still convinced it will become more popular as mobile devices slowly take over the world
