If you have the Patience, Submit it to Ezine Articles, then to GoArticles and the others.

If you're just starting out and want some testimonials about your writing ability, you could offer your articles to web masters in the niche you wrote about in exchange for a testimonial. That way your article is seen on a relevant site and will likely be read by their targeted audience while you are gathering testimonials at the same time.

        This step is important,

Submit your first article to an article directory.
        After it is published then,
Submit your other articles to the other article directories
Linking back to your first article submission.

This will help it stick longer in the serp's.

Good luck on getting some articles done.

but if an article dir site changed its appearance dramatically like articledashboard, will you still send it there?

Especially if there is no traffic from that source. Their larger than life adsense ads will seriously funnel out any traffic you used to get to click on their AS ads. Am I the only one who sees this?

Tuanng's list is a good one for starters, but another place you can post your articles is USFreeads.com

You can use your entire article as an ad, including a call to action and link back to your original article or directly to a sales page. Just format the article in an ad like way and have a compelling headline to invite people to click your ad/article. It's a nonconventional way of using your articles and your ad/article will get indexed in the search engines.

You can use BackPage this way as well.
