Question About Selling Item Through Paypal Button

INTERNET MARKETING

I need some help on selling through paypal with the paypal buy it now button. What do I need to do to have my buyers go directly to the download page after they make their payment? Do I need an autoresponder to do this? I looked at Paypal but I couldn't find anything that explained it. I would like to have the whole system automated since my product is a digital download of a zipped folder. Any help would be appreciated.

When you are creating your salesbutton in paypal you will have the option to send them to a specific page after payment has gone through. fill in your download link and people will be able to download your product after they paid. Off course, an autoresponder would be better: building a list

  Just a thought on building your list; Instead of going to the download page, from PayPal, go to a "Thank You" page where you can capture their names, then get your autoresponder to forward them to your download page. Hope it makes sense.

Follow these steps to make your customers go to download page after purchase:

1. Goto Paypal.com
2. Select Merchant services tab
3. Click on create buy now button

4. Click on Step 3 after completing Step 1 and 2

5. Enter the URL to be redirected after the payment is made
