Looking for some Warrior Ideas

I have two pretty good harley davidson websites that I've created. They are getting 10-12 visitors per day. I know, that's not great but I haven't got all of my promoting done, either.

But, I would like to offer an ebook for sale for a few bucks, nothing great. But, I'm at a loss as to what to write about. Isn't that awful? I think I'm burnt out after tons of research and stuff.

Do any of you have any ideas as to what I could write say a 10 page ebook about?

    You could do it over the top 10 places to stop when you go on your rides? For each place give a one page report over what it has to offer and why it would be a good place to visit. Add in a few biker rallys that may be happening at the place. Every biker loves a good rally! lol

    You could create a short report about the most popular HD bikes. If possible, include pictures, and link back to where to get each bike, maybe write a bit about some high profile people (celebrities) who "own" one or more of the most popular bikes, stuff like that.

      When my dad was riding, he was always interested in finding alternative/scenic routes.

      Things he wanted to know:

      1) What's the most scenic route from Point A to Point B?
      2) How long would that ride take?

      He was also looking for local groups to ride with but not just any group. He wanted to find riders with similar interests, backgrounds, etc... He wasn't much of a Hell's Angels kinda guy.

      Anything you can write that helps with that sort of information should do well, I would think.

    What you write about really depends on what your visitors are interested in. That is, what do THEY want?

    Maybe they want some of the stuff posted above (great ideas, btw). Or maybe something else. For example:

    -- Maybe DIY'ers want to find out how to fix and maintain their bike.
    -- Maybe you have those owning classic bikes who want to know how to acquire, maintain and restore their classics.
    -- I'm guessing some might want to know how to put "mods" on their Harleys.


    Time to talk to your site visitors and target niche members to see what they want.

      This post hits the nail on the head. There are a plethora of things you could write on and you want to make sure that it is related to what your site visitors are looking for.

      Where your site visitors are coming from is also important. For example, as an Australian, I have no real desire to find out information about great rides in New Mexico.

      That's my $0.02.

      THIS is exactly what I would do. Build a list and while you are doing that work on a really comprehensive "ultimate harley guide to riding, fixing, and buying, etc" (something like that) ebook.

      If you build a decent list, you could make a nice chunk of change this way and not have to worry about losing a % of your sales to affiliates.

    Tell people about your experience as rider and of all the great destinations you been to.
    Then network with places and add them in your book. Things to looks at ...
    Things that save riders money ...
    Things that most riders do not know....
    Things that can bring value to the rider....

    Just my 2 cents ... and do not forget to build a email list and market to target customers.

    Forums and yahoo answer is a great way to see what peoples problems is and then you create a solution for them.

    Maybe a list of H-D forums that they could visit to connect with other Harley riders? Combine that with a top 10 list of maintenance tips and maybe even a list of podcasts/video podcasts on H-D bikes and that could be a list building tool for you.

      The high traffic/highly doable items ( there are more - that's just a small sample )
      are the right ones, because people are searching for them.

      Build your list then look for some CPA or affiliate offers.

    these keywords are currently getting over 500 searches per day

    You could make an e-book on harley davidson parts, which parts are best etc

    or

    you could write an e-book about which harley davidson clothing is best etc
