What is a good free rss submission tool to use?

I want to go to one place and submit my RSS feed to 20-100 feed aggregators, is there somewhere to do that, for free?

    Submission is only a very small part of the job.

    To be effective, you need a tool that will then ping those services every time you add content on your site.

    If your site uses WordPress, it's built in. All you have to do is specify what services you want to notify.
    There is a list of popular aggregation services at:
    Update Services « WordPress Codex

    The services don't really care whether you're pinging them from a WordPress site, or not, so the list of aggregators should be helpful, regardless.

        Yes - it is.

        But, unless you are only going to post 10 articles and never update your site - you also need to be able to update those services whenever you change/add content. Pinging provides "push notification" to those aggregators when your site changes.
