Where do you hire people for your support desk?
Hey Guys and Girls!!
I'm currently looking for someone to manage a support desk and wanted to ask my fellow warriors if they had any recommendations.
I've considered going down the VA route and training, but I kinda need to throw them into the thick of things ASAP so somebody with experience may be better.
Does anybody know of any fulfilment companies who I could use to man the desk?
