Best Source to Find a Part-time or Full-time Virtual IT person for Design, Wordpress, & integrating sites with our shopping cart, affiliate system, etc..

I'd rather find someone to work part-time (possibly full-time) to build sites, modify sites, add video, edit Wordpress sites, integrate with our shopping cart and affiliate system.

I'd rather find someone to do this on a regular basis instead of using Odesk, rentacoder, or elance.

Please give me your ideas.

    Ask if they have a bulletin board that you could post on ... by phone to their office?

    For back-up ... Try Craigs List, but your prices are usually higher.

      I've had little luck with the talent from Craigslist...and I hired locally. Now, I'm considering outsourcing virtually.

      I'm familiar with AgentsofValue but I'm looking for direct referrals to other service providers or other ideas.
