Any suggestions for ones that you actually own as opposed to paying am monthly fee?

Big Mike was running a WSO recently. I'm not sure if the special price is still available, but everyone seems to love his software.

  I've used Dolphin before and it's a very robust choice. Dolphin :: Smart Community Builder :: Free Software The good thing is it's free (you have to pay if you want to remove copyright links). If you don't like it, you can just delete it without having to risk any cash.
