Site Critique Please

ok, here goes...

I dare do this on the Warrior Forum. LOL

Seriously, this is the first Blog I have created. So, I am interested in your feedback.

My biggest issue that I know, is that my blog content is moving away from the domain name.

It is websiteflippingkingdom.com and I have gone more the direction of website marketing and monetization. I will come full circle with that, or get a new domain, etc.

Also, this is not monetized...there are no Opt-Ins, etc. I am just looking for honest critique. (not spamming), although you can feel free to leave a comment, etc.

    I like your vision! It's a unique take on something that lots of people have done before, and unique is good!

    Having said that, there are a couple things that will make it harder for this blog to convert. The first thing is that simpler is better in terms of conversion. You have lots of great graphics on the site, but that's not necessarily what people want to see (sucks, but it's the truth, and a hard lesson that I, myself, had to learn). I'd make it a bit simpler to look at.

    The next thing I see is that your header is far too deep. You can't see anything beneath the fold without scrolling, and that's generally a no-no.

    The last thing is that your background is dark...this works for some but I think the general consensus is that a lighter background and dark text is easier to read.
