How much is my affiliate site worth?
Hey guys,
Just a quick question for you website flipping entrepreneurs. I've got an affiliate type Sniper site ranked on spot six of Google for a keyword term receiving almost 4000 searches per month. The site is particularly well structured, with six reasonably long main posts and four individual pages.
According to Yahoo the site has 39 backlinks, but I know for a fact that figure is more like 89 as I hired an SEO company to do them for me - and they provided screenshots, login details etc. The site has recently been updated for the first time since early November, and is making an average of 1 sale per week - about $16 per transaction.
I personally don't think it's too bad for a site that's not even in the top five search results, but I know with a bit of work someone with a little more time or money could turn the site into a raging success. I've recently expanded my workload into other areas including copywriting and a cool little niche I've been exploiting, so don't really have time to work on it.
Cut a long story short, I'm thinking of sticking the site up for sale on Flippa or even here on the Warrior Forum, so if anyone has an idea of what the site is worth could you please let me know either by posting a reply below or sending me a PM?
