WANTED: Wordpress Theme Set Up

Greetings. I'm looking for someone skilled with re-designing a wordpress theme. See Reno Chiropractic. This site was designed using a premium wordpress them called Thesis. What I'm looking for is someone to find a FREE theme and do whatever needs to be done to make it look the same - with an area on the right for a photo and coupon... and on the bottom three areas to include hours of service, map, and contact info.

The idea would be to be able to use this theme as a TEMPLATE.

    The advantage of Thesis is mostly in the back-end code, not how it looks. I'd reconsider not using Thesis or Headway (which is also a premium theme... PM Avenue girl for an affiliate link) as it saves a ton of code bloat in the basic set up and in that several plug-ins are not needed saving valuable seconds in load time which since Google's last algorithym, is a large factor.

      Right. I own the above listed site and it is done in Thesis. What I am looking for is someone to create the same LOOK in a free theme so I can build additional sites using the free theme. Thesis is great... but I'm looking to do something different.

    The site you like is fairly simple. Lots of free clean themes could fairly easily be adapted to look like that, and could already be characterized as templates.

    It should be noted that premium themes aren't necessarily easy to use for someone just starting out. I recall a thread here in which someone complained that Thesis was difficult. I use ThemeHybrid a lot, but wouldn't call it simple.

    Magazine style presentation is probably done too much for sites (I do it too much myself).
