best way to make two opt in offers over a landing page?

I plan to have a landing page to offer a PDF download for sale. I want to have a "pop under" offer for a free report come up when the landing page loads to collect emails. There is a second offer I would like to make to collect emails which is for an ongoing newsletter subscription. Should I make this a pop under on opening and the other offer open on closing or what. What is the best way to make two opt in offers over the landing page? Thanks Ed.

    Sounds like you could combine these two offers into one opt-in. Give them the free report and as a bonus they get your newsletter.

    I would not do a pop up or pop under. You can add the opt in box on the first or second page of your sales page. For a sample of this template, check clickbank. Most of the products with gravity of 100+ use this method to collect email addresses.
