Some great public domain image sites...

I guess there's a chance this has been posted at one point or another, but I figure it could be of use to post a big find I had yesterday looking for PD images:

A Google-compiled directory:
http://www.google.com/Top/Computers/...Public_Domain/

And my favorite site from that list:
http://www.photos8.com

Also, one thing I just learned is that a lot of the PD sites (AND some of the pay sites!) don't have releases for their models, so you have to be careful if you're using anything with an identifiable person in it.

Just a couple of tips, hope they help!
