how do you get others to write your ebook?

hi,

i have a big list in one of my niches and want to have
experts in niche (and list) to write an ebook....

something like 10 expert strategies for my niche...

anyone try this way to write an ebook?
if so, any advice in doing it the right way?
how much do you usually pay them and what
benefits do you give them for writing their part?
and do you tell them to sign a form to make
it your work?

    1.) First, prepare a list of 'interview' questions
    2.) Then contact your 'experts'
    3.) Ask for interviews
    4.) Collect interviews
    5.) Hire a ghostwriter to compile into a book.

    Or, skip steps 1-4, and hire ghostwriter with experience in Steps 1-4.

      Dani, how many expert interviews would you recommend for a 20-30 page ebook? would you consider ghost recording these voices?

        I would recommend first recording the interviews.

        I would start with 1

        Then take out the key vital points in the interview

        Go on to the next and do the same.

        I would do this until you had enough information to put this in book form.

        Then you can outsource and have someone compile it for you.

          ^^ How would you advice to include/transcribe the audio interviews, in the ebook?

          + would you advise to have them interviews as Audio format, in the ebooks?

          (can you produce Audio ebooks with office org?)

            I think with 10 experts, you're looking at around a 60+ page ebook.

            Yes, audio record. And have transcribed too.

            You can use the audios as bonuses, or as an upsell or side-sell.
