I reposted this per moderator suggestion in this forum:

I was thinking of trying out eHow to make a little money and, hopefully, drive a little traffic to my site. The impression that I get is that it is okay to include a link to your site if you put it in the Resource box. Is that the idea?

Or can you actually put a link to your site in the body of an eHow article as long as it is relevant?

The FAQs and Terms, etc. don't really specify that and so I'd like to get others' advice and experience on this as I don't want to push the limits to far.

Thx for any help..

I have one client that an ehow article is on page one for every keyword he can use. Just commenting on an existing article with enough info that locals can google and easily find the local site works as well.

No need to wait either and someone else has done the hardest part. Each article (written by a local biz in a different locality) has two replies. One from a different locality biz and one I put there for my client.

Can you say BAM! Instant traffic.

Interesting! I'm not really geographic - I have a blog with an ebook that I wish to drive traffic to.

What do mean by reply? You mean the comments at the bottom?
