Which YouTube clone script are you using?

I'm in need of a good YouTube clone script. PHP Motion looks good but it has a lot of bad reviews (I'm still open to it). The other non-free scripts I've looked at look kind of ratty but I suppose using better templates would help. I could use some suggestions if you have any. It doesn't have to be free, I need one that is rock solid and easy to modify.

    Have one custom made, it's the best option as the none of the 'clone' scripts cut it in my book, if you plan on running a heavy traffic site.

    The clone scripts might be ok if you're not serious about the project or just testing things out, but for long term stability you'll want scripting that's unique to your needs.
