I have been scouring the web unsuccessfully looking for information that is not copyrighted (or being hawked by aggressive authors).

I am trying to put together about 11 weeks of simple stress management routines... a different technique for each week. I already have the following ideas for stress reduction:

-Turning off the news (this helps to stave off depression as well).
-Keeping a journal - recording the most humorous things that happened to you during the day.
-Breathing Exercises.

I am also looking for simple exercise routines for busy people. I would like assistance in coming up with some other techniques that can significantly reduce personal stress.

Look for public domain information. The information would be old but some of it would still be relative to today.

Yeah Public Domain or Creative Commons (be sure you understand their license) content is great for this. Try checking out the Department of Health or other Government sites as well since they are Public Domain by default (be sure to check though, as some content published on gov sites are not created by the gov)
