Customer Loyalty Software?
Can anybody recommend any scripts or software to use for a customer loyalty program?
It's a little like affiliate software. An increasing number of retailers are getting into this, but from what I can tell, they all use custom software.
What's needed is a way to track purchases made either online or at the point of sale. Customers will earn "points" for every dollar spent. After so many points have been earned, they can be exchanged for Gift Certificates or in-store credit.
Also, if someone refers a friend who makes a purchase, both can earn points.
Something that can be tied into the POS system and keyed to an email address is preferred, so it doesn't require separate data entry.
This particular client is small, just one store, so it's not like a huge chain with a big budget. Looking for something inexpensive.
Any ideas?
