Webmaster Tools Help

Google’s webmaster tools shows that I have links to two pages that are the same, and I need to have them directed to one page for the full linkjuice that they deserve. For example, http://site.com/something/ and http://site.com/something -- no slash after, each have links going to them as separate pages. Can anyone help with how to put them together? Would a 303 redirect work? maybe rel=cononical? The links are almost evenly split, so this would really increase my rankings.

  • You are missing the trailing slash.
    I don't think that's a big problem.
    I should think Google is smarter than react on that.
  • It shows up that way in google's webmaster tools. I have links going to two different pages that should be going to one. Can't deny what google says they see.
